Engineering and Project Management

Parsec is strongly focused on the use of proven project management and systems practices, ensuring that predictable project time line and technical integrity are maintained at all times during a project. Parsec manages resources using these proven engineering management principles in order to deliver on time, on brief and within budget.

We make use of the PS8 project management package. This is a strong planning tool that interfaces with Project Communicator which is a timesheet system.  Accurate reporting on time spent on each task within a project plan is thereby ensured.

Transparency of project status, risk areas and contingency plans are of utmost importance for successfully completing projects within the required customer time frame. Continuous status feedback between the project team, engineering manager and the client ensures that clients have up-to-date information on the status of their projects.
